On July 22, 2021, a CBSE Circular Acad- 53/2021 was released, announcing reduction in syllabus as per the latest Term-wise Board Examinations for the academic session 2021-22. This change for Secondary and Senior Secondary classes was similar to the reduction in last session (i.e. 2020-21) but there are some differences too. Guidelines for the conduct of the Internal Assessment/ Practicum/ Projects were also given.

After restoring the syllabus to 100% in April 2021, CBSE has reduced this session’s syllabus down again.
