Order and Processing

You can order all Educart books from Amazon, Flipkart, and from the official site itself. The order placed via Amazon and Flipkart will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the payment confirmation. 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order gets confirmed, the order gets delivered within 1-7 days. Although if the delivery location is remote, it might take more than the estimated days. 

Order Tracking 

Once you track the order, the tracking id is sent via message and mail on Educart. On Amazon and Flipkart, you can track the order on the app and site itself.

Payment Options

Educart accepts payment in both online and cash-on-delivery modes. The buyer can pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

Shipping Charges

If you’re purchasing online mode, then there is free shipping via Educart, and in COD mode, INR 99 is charged. With Flipkart and Amazon, prime shipping is free otherwise depends on their shipping policies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

At Educart, if the received product is damaged or wrong then the customer can drop a mail addressing the issues with images at quickreply@agpgroup.in, the team will inspect the issue and an exchange/refund will be done, if the issue is valid. The amount will be refunded at the original payment mode. The customer has to return the product in the original received condition within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the customer wouldn’t be eligible for a refund.
