IV. Among the four arguments, the fourth argument is not a good argument in favour of democracy because countries of the Middle East like UAE and Saudi Arabia are economically strong but there is a non-democratic government. While India has a democratic government and is a developing country. So we can say that poor countries can be democratic and rich countries may not be.
