Answer:

(a) Hitler was an imperialist. He wanted to establish his rule all over the world. Hitler was comparing the size of Germany to Russia and wanted to make Germany a world power. He also wanted to increase the activities of Nazi Germany. He believed that no one has got this earth in gift but one who has power can acquire it.

(b) Gandhiji always followed the path of non-violence.Gandhi would have told Hitler that instead of showing aggression and violence towards other countries, he should adopt the path of non-violence as violence begets violence.
