On 5th October 2025, Educart organized a special Coaching Owners Meet at Hotel Sayaji in Vijay Nagar, Indore. This was a paid event where 45 coaching center owners and teachers paid ₹199 to attend and learn how to grow their businesses. The event ran for four hours starting at 10:00 AM and was packed with practical learning, networking, and fun activities.
The morning started at 10:00 AM with a fun introduction activity that broke the ice and got everyone comfortable talking to each other. After that, participants enjoyed high tea where they could chat, share their challenges, and learn from what others were doing in their coaching centers. Then Ripul Agarwal, MD of Educart, gave the opening talk. He focused on why coaching centers need to think like real businesses with proper systems and leadership, not just depend on one or two people to do everything. He explained that to keep growing, coaching owners need to build strong foundations that work even when they're not personally involved in every small thing. At 11:00 AM, Anubhav Rakheja took over with the main session on student enrollments. He's an expert at helping coaching centers get more students, and he shared exactly how to do it. He gave a clear, step by step plan for doubling student numbers, covering lead generation tricks, how to convert interested students into paying students, and ways to keep current students happy so they bring in more referrals.
After the business sessions, everyone took a lunch break at 12:45 PM where they continued talking and networking in a relaxed setting. The event ended on a high note at 12:00 PM with games and a lucky draw. Toppers Point from Kalani Nagar, Indore won the lucky draw and took home exciting prizes. Before wrapping up, several coaching owners stood up to share their thoughts. They thanked Educart for always helping them with good books, smart tools, and events like this that make running a coaching center easier and more successful. Everyone left feeling motivated and armed with real strategies they could use right away to grow their coaching businesses.
