On 11th October 2025, Vidya School in Gurugram hosted a workshop on Stress Management led by Ms. Aashhima Gandhar. Over 35 teachers showed up, including Principal Ms. Ila Sarin and Coordinator Ms. Prerna Oberoi. Everyone was excited to learn ways to handle stress better.

The workshop was all about helping teachers understand that stress is real and that managing it matters - both in their personal lives and at school. Teachers learned why it's important to notice stress early, before it takes over. Ms. Gandhar taught them practical ways to recognize when stress is building up and what they can do about it. She talked about classroom pressures like managing difficult students, keeping up with lesson plans, and dealing with tough situations. Instead of just talking about problems, she showed teachers hands-on ways to feel better.

The best part was the fun activities. Teachers did Bingo games, made Mandala art, and did relaxation exercises that made everyone feel calm and happy. These weren't just fun, they were simple techniques teachers can use every single day to stay relaxed. Teachers also got time to share their own stress stories and listen to their coworkers, which helped everyone feel less alone. The Principal and Coordinator loved what they saw and said these kinds of training programs are really important for helping teachers stay healthy and do their best work. Teachers left feeling refreshed and ready to use what they learned to make their teaching journey better.
