NEET (UG)-2022 Counselling begin from Oct 26th, Check Which Mistakes to Avoid

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) start the NEET Counselling from October 26th, 2022 on their official website. All the students who have been allotted seats in the first round can resign from the seats till November 1st (by 5 pm).

Candidates who resign from the seats will considered in the allocation of second round of seat allocation with the same process. As per the official notice, a candidate who is resigning from the seats by sending an email direct to the college. They make sure to generate a resignation letter through online portal of MCC.

If a student does not generate its resignation letter his/her resignation will treated as a 'Null and Void' and candidate will deemed to occupy the seat still and the rules of NEET (UG) round 2 counselling will be applicable.

Common mistakes which most students do

• Submitting documents on the last date is the mistake most candidates make. Candidates should not wait for the last date to complete the documentation process to avoid server or some error issue. 
• Candidates should make their decision about college before with the help of previous year cutoffs. 
• All documents should be completed, because college can ask for any document at any time. Students who have quotas must have their reservation certificates. 
• Students need to report to the allotted college to complete the admission formalities. If students do not complete the admission within a given time period, they will end up losing counselling security money.

• Choose colleges and institutes based on your requirements such as fee structure, location and your marks (which is most important).
