On 11th October 2025, Ms. Shradha Saran brought fresh energy to Kothari International School in Noida with a workshop all about supporting student mental health. From the start, teachers were fully hooked and ready to learn new ways to help their students.
The workshop was packed with real stuff teachers actually deal with every day. Ms. Saran didn't just talk at them, she got teachers involved in two group activities that really made people think. The first activity helped teachers understand that kids are different - some are shy, some are loud, some learn fast, some need more time. Knowing this helps teachers be more patient and helpful. The second activity had teachers talk through real situations that happen in schools, like when a student is upset, or when kids fight, or when someone is struggling. Teachers got to share what they do and learn what others do, which was super helpful.
The best part came at the end when Ms. Saran taught everyone breathing and mindfulness exercises. She showed teachers how to pause, take a breath, and stay calm instead of getting upset quickly. Teachers felt energized leaving the session, ready to use these ideas to make their classrooms happier and calmer places where students want to be.
