On 7th September 2025, Educart hosted a first-of-its-kind teachers’ training workshop, The Art of Effective Teaching, at the India International Centre, New Delhi. Moderated by Mr. Nishant Singh Lakra, Head of Academics at Educart, the session brought together over 50 educators for a three-hour immersive experience.

The workshop featured three renowned speakers. Dr. Priyanka Bhattacharjee emphasized the human side of teaching through strategies for stress management, classroom discipline, and guided mindfulness. Ms. Nidhi Bhagra took educators into the world of artificial intelligence, showcasing how tools like Gemini and NotebookLM can be used to design activities, assessments, and lesson plans. Mr. Matthew K Thomas redefined assessments by advocating formative practices, holistic progress cards, and more meaningful parent-teacher meetings.

Every session, though distinct, carried the common message that teachers are not merely knowledge providers but change-makers. The atmosphere was vibrant, with ideas flowing and participants actively engaging in discussions and reflections.

Educators left the workshop inspired, equipped with fresh insights and practical strategies to implement in their classrooms. The event reinforced Educart’s commitment to professional development by bringing together pedagogy, technology, and well-being under one roof, making this initiative more than a workshop, but a movement towards transformational teaching.
