On 13th November 2025, Sant Nirankari Public School in Tilak Nagar, Delhi hosted a Board Exams Workshop for Class 9 and 10 students. The 1.5 hour session was led by Ms. Eshu Madaan, a Curriculum Specialist, Teacher's Trainer, and Life Coach. 74 enthusiastic students attended, all ready to learn how to tackle their upcoming board exams with confidence and smart strategies.
Ms. Madaan focused on practical techniques that students can actually use right away. She talked about time management, showing students how to create study routines that work and don't waste time. She covered the biggest problems students face during exams like poor time use, not revising enough, and getting super anxious on exam day. Instead of telling students to just "study harder," she taught them to approach exams strategically with proper planning and preparation. One of the most valuable parts was the segment on Educart Board Sample Papers. Many students buy sample papers but don't know how to use them properly. Ms. Madaan demonstrated how to use these papers for daily chapter wise and paper wise practice, not just solving one or two papers right before exams. She showed how to analyze mark distribution, understand which sections carry more weight, identify weak areas by checking mistakes, and improve accuracy through consistent mock practice.
The workshop included interactive activities that made learning fun. The Confidence Thermometer helped students measure their own confidence levels and understand what's holding them back. The Exam Strategy Quiz got students thinking about their study habits and whether they're actually effective or just making them feel busy. Ms. Madaan ended with a powerful message that stuck with everyone: "Don't chase marks, chase mastery." She explained that if students focus on really understanding topics instead of just memorizing for marks, the good grades will follow automatically. Students left feeling motivated and clear about how to prepare smartly for their board exams. They now had a real plan and practical tools to face their exams with confidence instead of fear.
