On 27th September 2025, Remal Public School hosted a Teachers Training Workshop on Inclusive Classrooms, conducted by Ms. Shradha Saran, RCI Licensed Teacher’s Trainer, and coordinated by Ms. Akanksha. The session brought together 25 enthusiastic teachers eager to enhance their approach to inclusive education.

The workshop opened with an engaging discussion on the uniqueness of every child, setting the tone for the importance of inclusivity in education. Ms. Saran encouraged teachers to avoid stereotyping based on weaknesses and instead identify and nurture each student’s strengths.

She shared practical, real-world examples of classroom situations, highlighting how children display varied behaviours and require differentiated strategies for support. Teachers actively participated in reflective discussions, where they explored ways to practice active listening, empathy, and observation to better connect with their students.

The session also emphasized the transformative influence of teachers—not just as subject experts, but as role models shaping attitudes, confidence, and resilience among children. By guiding students sensitively and positively, teachers can help create inclusive environments where every child feels valued.

The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A, where teachers shared their own classroom challenges and received actionable strategies from Ms. Saran. Participants left the session with renewed awareness, confidence, and a toolkit of inclusive practices to take back to their classrooms.
