This CPD workshop at Guru Harkrishan Public School, Shahdara, brought adolescent education to the forefront of teacher training. Led by CBSE Resource Person and Teacher’s Trainer Ms. Eshu Madaan, and moderated by Mr. Inderpreet Singh, the session addressed the real challenges teachers face in engaging and guiding students during their formative years.
With over 80 teachers participating, the workshop created a space for discussion, role-play, and shared reflection, ensuring that every attendee left with not just knowledge, but a renewed approach toward adolescent learners. The event reinforced a critical idea: understanding adolescents is not about managing them—it’s about connecting with them, guiding them, and empowering them to thrive.
