Here, I = 5 A, V = 220 V, t = 2 h = 2 × 3600s

From the formula,

P = VI

= 5 × 220

= 1100 W

Heat = Power × time

= 1100 × 2 × 3600

= 7920000 J

= 7.92 × 10³ KJ
