On 5th October 2025, Educart hosted an exclusive Indore Booksellers Meet at Hotel Sayaji in Vijay Nagar, Indore. Over 20 bookshop owners were invited for this special event that ran for four hours starting at 3:00 PM. This wasn't a big open event. It was invite only, bringing together serious bookshop owners who wanted to grow their business and learn new strategies.
The event started at 3:00 PM with a fun introduction activity that got everyone talking and comfortable with each other. Then Ripul Agarwal, MD of Educart, gave an opening speech where he talked about how important booksellers really are. He explained that bookshops are not just about selling books, they're about connecting students with the right resources and playing a huge role in education. After his talk, everyone enjoyed high tea and networking time, where booksellers met new people and built connections. At 4:00 PM, the main session began with Anubhav Rakheja, a business coach and motivational speaker. His session was the highlight of the day. He shared a detailed blueprint on how to take a bookshop from normal sales to 5x sales. He gave practical, step by step strategies that booksellers could start using immediately, covering things like getting more customers, increasing what each customer buys, and building loyalty so people keep coming back.
At 5:30 PM, everyone took a break for snacks and more networking. This gave booksellers time to talk about what they just learned and share ideas with each other. The event wrapped up at 6:30 PM with a lucky draw where S.P. Sons and Mahesh Book Depot won great prizes, and everyone took group photos to remember the day. Booksellers left feeling excited and ready to try the new strategies in their shops.
