Answer:

The fair is a crowdy place to visit. The only precautionary measure that can ensure that we do not get lost is to be with our parents in the whole fair. Even the parents should also try to please their kids by buying them some items from the fair. The safety of the children of that age is in the hands of the parents. Therefore, one can ensure not to get lost by being together in the fair.
