He is also the moderator in Educart - CPD training sessions and a charismatic Anchor.

A certified Master Trainer in Life Skills (Govt. of Himachal Pradesh), he has trained over 3,000 students and counselled 1,000+ parents. Nishant is known for turning policy into practice through SEL, competency-based education, and strategic academic support.
