To make India a developed country, special emphasis should be given on the development of small scale and cottage industries. Special attention should be given to the development of the agriculture sector. There should be expansion in infrastructure, entrepreneurship, labour intensive techniques of production, training and credit and marketing facilities. Appropriate steps should be taken to eliminate corruption. Exports should always be promoted as compared to imports so that the country can get maximum foreign exchange.
