If you know of any such controversy, try to find out arguments advanced by different people. You may do so by talking to different persons or you may find it from newspapers and television.

Answer:

There are differences and mutual contradictions in the views of people regarding development. Regarding the solution of various problems of the farmers, the approach of small farmers and big farmers is different. Their development also cannot be on one standard. For this, different types of standards will have to be made.
