Answer:

The availability of good health and education facilities in a developing country or its economy greatly depends on the expenditure made by the government on these facilities, but it does not depend only on this factor. Apart from this, there are some other important factors which are relevant to the availability of education and health services, these are as follows:

(i) Private participation in the field of health and education.

(ii) Income of the head of the family

(iii) Parents' activism to spend on education and health

(iv) The patient's own desire to get his health checked and to know about the diseases.

(v) Parents' activism towards health and education
