Answer:

In Tamil Nadu 90% of people in rural areas use ration shops, so the life of people in rural areas of Tamil Nadu will be excellent because they are getting things from ration shops at low prices. Due to the low cost of goods, those people can use them in maximum quantity, that is, their consumption level will be high, whereas the consumption level of people who do not use this facility remains low. In this way, compared to West Bengal Life of the people of Tamil Nadu will be comparatively better in India.
