EXCLUSIVE: CISCE *deletes* Official Timetable for ICSE Class 10 & ISC Class 12. Re-uploads a revised one.
Last night (March 3rd, 2022), CISCE released the official dates for ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 Semester 2 Board Exams. But this morning (March 4th), the notice was deleted for a few hours and a new one was uploaded.
According to our sources, these changes were important for Class 10 and Class 12 students because:
- ICSE Class 10 Mathematics board exam was clashing with Eid, April 2022;
- ISC Class 12 Computer Science exam (May 30th) is right after JEE second phase engineering exams (May 24th to 29th); and
- there is a gap of almost 15 days for the ISC Class 12 Business Studies exam, which the students are not very happy about.
During the time the notice was deleted, some changes were expected in both ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 dates but there were only significant ones in the ICSE Class 10 semester 2 timetable.
Here are some basic instructions for board exams of both classes.
- All subject exams will begin at 11:00 AM for ICSE Class 10 and 2:00 PM for Class 12 for 1.5 hours.
- Additional 10 minutes will be provided for reading, which means the question paper will be given to ICSE students at 10:50 AM and to ISC students at 1:50 PM.
