In the unorganised sector, the workers have no other benefits like paid leaves, high wages, or medical insurance, unlike in the in the organised sector. But they have to take these jobs for survival. The unorganised sector workers need protection for:

• Wages: In this sector, there is low and irregular wage. They aren't paid for overtime or leaves.
• Safety: Working in construction always comes with a risk of getting injured, or due to a lack of safety measures, workers can even die.
• Health: The health can be impacted due to unhygience and long working hours.
