Imagine that you are the village head. In that capacity suggest some activities that you think should be taken up under this Act that would also increase the income of people? Discuss.
In my view from the position of village head, the following activities should be included under this act, which will increase the income of the people-
(i)Roads should be constructed in villages so that agricultural laborers can get employment throughout the year. Apart from this, good roads will help farmers to take their produce to the nearest market.
(ii)New dams, wells and canals should be constructed for irrigation, so that employment will be created in the agriculture sector.
