The CTV continues to give trouble and Mrs Krishna no longer gets any reply to the complaint she made to the dealer / shop. She decides to write to the Consumer Commission in her area. Sir ,It is a humble request that I had purchased a color television from ShreeElectronics, Prayagraj on 12th March, 20____ with 6 months warranty, butthis television got damaged after three months. I complained about this to theseller concerned. In response they sent an engineer to fix it, but this televisionhas been having frequent problems. I complained to the seller several times,but there was no response to my complaints. Therefore, in this regard, you arerequested to help me by registering my complaint and guiding me for properaction in this direction.
