It is important for many basic natural services for humans, such as freshwater, plants, soil, clean air, etc. Bio-Diversity plays a major role in regulating natural processes such as weather systems, growth of plants, growing species of animals, etc. Bio-diversity also helps in providing medicines, building materials, fibres, dyes, oil, etc. Thus, we must conserve and maintain Bio-diversity for a balanced ecosystem.
