1. Find : (i) underoot of 64

Question:

Find : (i) 64^1/2(ii) 32^1/5 (iii) 125^1/3

Answer:

(i) (64)^1/2 = (8 × 8)^1/2 = (8²)^1/2 = 8

(ii) (32)^1/5 = (2×2×2×2×2)^1/5

= (2⁵)^1/5 = 2

(iii) (125)^1/3 = (5×5×5)^1/3

= (5³)^1/3 = 5
