Answer:

The Major comparison between the two manifestos is that the manifesto drafted by Olympe de Gouges mentions equality for women and mentions women in the first place. He believed that men and women have equal rights to get public status according to their qualifications. Whereas in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen women are not mentioned at all but it talks about men only.
