She has led impactful training sessions, including Government Teacher workshops in Sri Lanka and programs at Google Office Gurgaon, focusing on integrating AI, digital literacy, cybersecurity, and modern pedagogy.

With expertise in tools like AR, VR, and safety education, she empowers educators to adopt technology-driven practices. She holds an MA in Education (Educational Technology) and has completed TOT under ISTM.

Dr. Swarnkar also co-authored a NEET Biology book and offers global online tutoring and facilitation services.
