With distinguished qualifications including a PhD, M.Phil., B.Ed., and CELTA certification, she has established a strong footprint in curriculum strategy, school administration, teacher training, and educational transformation. Her leadership is reinforced by recognitions such as Best Principal Awards, NCERT acknowledgment, and active engagement in the UNESCO Higher Education Greening Partnership. She is the Deputy District Training Coordinator for CBSE in Nainital District, responsible for coordinating teacher trainings and supporting schools in implementing CBSE guidelines.

Professionally, she has driven institutional excellence through her roles as CBSE Mentor, Physical Quality Reviewer for SQAA, Lead Collaborator under Hubs of Learning, and certified national trainer.
