Prof. Indrani Bhaduri is the CEO & Head of PARAKH and the Educational Survey Division at NCERT, New Delhi, with over 27 years of experience in educational assessment and psychometrics. A postgraduate in Chemistry from Delhi University, she holds an M.Ed. with specialization in educational statistics and experimental psychology, and a Ph.D. in Education from Pune University.

She has received advanced training from ETS (USA) and ACER (Australia). Prof. Bhaduri leads national large-scale assessments and contributes to education policy, survey design, and teacher training. Her work supports data-driven strategies to enhance learning outcomes across India's school education system.
