Dr. Neeta Bali is a nationally recognized educationist with over four decades of rich experience, having led prestigious institutions such as G.D. Goenka World School, Kasiga School Dehradun, Podar International Mumbai, and the Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools. She has worked extensively across diverse curricula — CBSE, ICSE, ISC, IGCSE, IB-DP, and A-Levels — bringing a rare depth of understanding to every educational ecosystem she enters.

A visionary academic strategist, Dr. Bali is a mentor to school leaders, a published author, and a renowned speaker at national and international education forums. Under her leadership, schools have achieved global recognition, including ISA awards, top national rankings, and exponential growth.

National awardee, Dr. Jyoti Gupta, Founder & Director The Shriram Universal school Ghaziabad and Director KR Mangalam World School Gk-2 is an eminent educationist and has gained a prominent position in the educational arena due to her exemplary work. She embarked on her professional voyage nearly 37 years ago propelling the schools she headed par excellence. She has been awarded with numerous prestigious awards both nationally and internationally.

In 2018, the Ministry of Education and CBSE reposed their trust in Dr. Gupta as an educationalist by appointing her as the Member of the Governing Body of CBSE. She has also been appointed as a Member of the first Standing Committee on Academics in NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education).

A National Awardee and educator with four decades of progressive experience and accomplishments as a teacher, administrator, and teacher educator, she is an innovative, forward-thinking professional with a proven track record of initiating numerous unique programs to humanize the school environment and add fun to classroom learning.

Currently serving as the Principal of DLF Public School for the past 30 years, she leads a team of 160 well-qualified and experienced teachers. Ms. Jerath has co-created numerous CBSE programs for school leaders, including the Pedagogical Leadership Handbook and Training Program and the Leading Transformation program for principals. As Lead Facilitator for the Pedagogical Leadership program, she has developed 120 Master Trainers for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and 170 Master Trainers for CBSE schools in India and abroad.

The program has since been cascaded to 25,000 CBSE schools, 660 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, and all Kendriya Vidyalayas. She also serves as the Lead Facilitator for CBSE’s flagship initiative—Mandatory Training on the Implementation of Skill Education.
