Introduction

A dedicated and experienced teacher educator specializing in continuous professional development (CPD), passionate about enhancing teachers’ professional competencies and pedagogical skills. Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programmes, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning among teachers.

Possesses strong expertise in curriculum development and pedagogical strategies, with over 20 years of experience in the education sector in various roles, including Assistant Professor, school-level positions, and consulting for educational NGOs and with the Government of India. A ToT-trained Resource person by ISTM, DoPT, Govt of India for CBSE-CPD programmes held across the country and National Mentor for teachers under the National Mission for Mentoring (NMM).

She has done her PhD (Education), M.Phil (Education), M.Ed, MA and graduation from the University of Delhi. She holds extensive research experience as a senior research fellow (SRF) at the Department of Education, University of Delhi. Having more than 500+ hours of in-service training with school teachers. Engaged with various national-level organisations, such as SCERT and CBSE, as a Subject Expert and Resource person.
