The session also covers the principles of constructing effective MCQs, and sheds light on the role of internal assessments, including portfolios, subject enrichment activities, and multiple assessments.

Introduction

Mathews K Thomas is a Mathematics Educator in Don Bosco School and a member of the provincial committee for Educational pedagogy , resource and training.

He is an Educational consultant to India Today, Zee news, Aajtak, Orient Blackswan , Harper Collins, Orange slates and Career launcher and is the author of many books which includes the bestseller- Gaming with Mathematics and the highly acclaimed book- Redefining Education- vision for a new India.

He is a CBSE moderator and NCERT master trainer since 2010.and has conducted more than 100 webinars/seminars for educators across the world.He is the founder of AIEF - All India Educators forum which has 30,000 members which is registered under the UN partnership platform. The work done by him was recognised by the UN for his immense contribution in SDG4 and was awarded the Best Educator award who made a difference in empowering other Educators in Asia Pacific region consecutively for 3 years in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
